Yeah the Lady never spawns in westfall..

I'd like to thank Tahini, Cuppincakes, and Bokarf, strangers who came to my aid unexpectedly while doing this quest. With their help only 1 of the raiders came after Daphne Stilwell.

She's found at a small farm in the mountainside of Dagger Hills, close to the Deadmines Exit. There were three raids, first one had 3, next one had 4 or 5, last raid was 6 or 7. I couldn't really tell, Bokarf was killing them too quickly.

Ok, I've heard from a few more people that know more on this situation..

Apparently, this quest is bugged so that if a person undertakes Daphne's protection, and then fails so that she dies. She doesn't respawn. She only respawns after a server reset. If people keep taking her mission and keep her alive, then she continues to respawn normally. It's only when she dies that she does not. The Dev's are aware about it and it should be fixed in the latest patch.

It was supposed to have been corrected in this last patch. In case it was not:

The problem does not have to do with her dying. The problem is that if you leave her side once you have accepted the quest, she will disappear and not respawn. If she dies she will come back, but not if you fail the quest by not staying close enough to her.

My advice. Take friends. Let the group kill the attackers and you stay right by her side and protect her.

I just did this part of the quest last night. I had two lvl 19 warlocks with me for help as I was expecting the waves of Delfias raiders as mentioned in these forums. I started the quest in motion, then the strangest thing happened. She yelled at them to come get her, they yelled back, but nobody showed up! After 2 min or so, she said "thank you for helping me" or something to that effect and a question mark appeared over her head. I didn't kill anyone as there were no raiders to kill. I don't know if Blizzard tried some kind of hotfix for this bugged quest but it appears that it is now bugged in favor of the quester now. Perhaps there was another group that killed the raiders before they made their way to her, but I doubt that. Where do the raiders actually spawn at?

i really havent had a problem with it im not lvl 20 yet but i have help a few fellow paladin with it she is usally in the orchard with the trees but i have found her behind the house

I am having problems cuz I cant seem to start this quest! I am now LVL30 and Duthorian Rall still has no yellow question mark on his head...Have I missed something important to unlock this quest? Pls help!

ok seriously having trouble getting the tome to start this string of quests

So I tried this alone at L20 thinking, "How tough can it be?"

Well I got creamed on the final wave of five and I was very far from the house so the lady didn't help me. Now I cannot restart quest and I am worried that I just lost out on a seious piece of the story line. How can I restart quest? Please help!

completed the 'protect daphne' bit today so quest seems to be working.

raiders spawn which you have to kill.

3 waves of raiders, 1st wave is 3, 2nd wave is 4 and 3rd wave is 5 mobs. all of em are about lvl 17 and are pure melee mobs.

Soloed this one as I am lvl 25 but havent been able to do sooner due to problems with her spawn as mentioned in earlier posts.

I got this quest in SW in the Cathedral Square. It's right in the entrance. The guy had a blue question mark over his head. He's the second guy to the left on the isle. I haven't done the quest though.

she's no where near the wetlands, she's in westfall right near the exit of the deadmines. Up on the cliff, near the lighthouse. I completed this quest successfully by myself at lvl 20. Just use your heals on her when needed, and divine protect yourself to heal yourself, staying next to her the whole time. She'll help kill the mobs and the mobs will agro you more than her.

I checked for Daphne a couple days ago and she still isn't there in Westfall at the little farm near the Dead Mines. I'm coming up on level 30 and still haven't been able to do this quest. It won't be long before I'm to the point where the quest isn't going to have any usefulness to me other than having it checked off so I can recieve the next paladin quest.

Get it together Blizzard! Sheesh. You've had more than 9 of my levels to fix the problem.

I had to Abandon this quest after failing it once, and now I can't seem to restart it, I can't seem to get the tome again, and there are no Paladin missions that I can find in SW or IF(where I started the quest originaly)

how do I get the quest to start it all?
I cant talk to Daphne!

There's no problem with the woman in westfall, she's just in the garden, rather than in the house. She doesnt stick around in one place, she walks around. Just run around the entire homestead, you'll find her.

The wetlands? What's she doing in the wetlands?

You don't need to be 25 I just did this quest solo at level 20. Just bring a potion and fight close to the npc she can take them easily just dont let them link on her.

Help guys, I could seem to unlock this quest, I just reached 30 and still havent started this quest. There is still no yellow Question mark above Duthorian Ralls head. Am I missing something? PLEASE HELP!

Just completed this at level 20. I could not do it without some help - I died then she died - 3 times on the 3rd group. :( There were only 3 groups - lol.

Daphne is in the SW corner of Westfall. If you find a dock on the Great Sea - you are close. You have to go back east a little and wrap around and up to the south. You will pass the exit of the Deadmines. Note that there are some level 18s in the way. On the dock is a fisherman with some decent fish recipes btw.

Note: This quest begins in SW where Paladins train.

yes, i am having same problem, i cant find her...

To get to her go in front of the lighthouse, then up at the tent of defias, then up to the EXIT of Deadmines (not in moon brook!) and whenu arrive in front of the exit turnleft and u see the farm

she is southeast of the exit for teh deadmines...3 big mobs of defias guys spawn so make sure u can beat them

Am I missing something, or is there no path to get to her farm. I tried going up the coast, and there's no way to get there, I tried going around the mountains the other way and ended up being killed by two ? Tigers.
