Description

When the Scourge swept through Tirisfal Glades, we captured one to study. He had a free mind, and called himself Ulag the Cleaver. But, although his will was free, he was still enthralled by the Lich King.

We hoped to find a way to break the king's control over Ulag, but we failed. Now, finally, it is time to free him.

Free him, and kill him.

Activate the skull stone trigger near the mausoleum to the north. This will lift the magical seal that binds him.

Then... be ready, <name>.

To complete this quest you first need to go up to the graveyard just north of Deathguard Dillinger. There you will find a mausoleum and the skull stone trigger is just next to the road on the left side, leading to the mausoleum.
When the skull stone trigger has been activated Ulag the Cleaver will open the mausoleum doors and come out. Slay Ulag the Cleaver and then return to Deathguard Dillinger to complete the quest.
Once completed you will gain Defensive stance, Sunder Armor (Rank 1) and Taunt.

My warrior is a lvl 10 troll.&nbsp I flew the zepplin to uc to get to brill just to get this quest.&nbsp I got the quest to talk to the guy...he then gave me the quest...I then proceeded to the stone and nothin...it didn't let me 'activate' it (no gear cursor).&nbsp I checked my quest log and it wasnt there.&nbsp Then I glanced at the chat log and noticed:&nbsp 'you are already on that quest'.&nbsp It clearly was not in my log.&nbsp However, I did already have a 'Warrior' - category quest:&nbsp Veteran Uzzek (Durotar) https://classicdb.ch/quest=1505&nbsp The Uzzek quest leads to "Path of Defense" quest https://classicdb.ch/quest=1498&nbsp which also awards defensive stance, etc.&nbsp

I think this is a bug...he shouldn't have even tried to give me the quest or maybe told me what quest it 'matched'.&nbsp Before I figured it out I filed an in-game ticket for which I got:

Its locate in Tirisfal Glades.
North West of Brill, in the graveyard!
There is a small building with a door that can be open.
You need to use the Mausoleum Trigger before u open the door in 59,48 it's just near the door, not so far.

Ok, 2 things:

First, the stone to open the door is by no mean 'large', it's a plaque with a skull engraved on it. It's on the floor in front of the mausoleem.

After clicking on it, you'll see a lightshow on the door, you go open it and Ulag comes storming out of here.

Second, this quest gives you Defensive Stance, the Taunt ability and the Sunder Armor ability as a reward! A MUST!

The switch is on the ground. If you walk away from the door in a straight line it's on the right after the gate (or whatever it is).

When u stand just infront of the mausoleum take a few steps back and on ur left u shuld see a Flat thing with a skull mark on it lying on the ground click and it will open and he will be coming out of the mausoleum

I'm a level 11 warior and i can't find the stone. I killed the darkhounds but i can't find that switch. I can see Ulag&nbsp near the musoleum but i cannot do nothing to him. I also opened the doors without activating the switch but nothing happened. I think its a bug

I was a lvl 11 warrior i foudn the stone it might help if u look not next to the mausoleum as they cal it,but walk away from it and it's near the trellis.hope this helps.And,as a lvl 10 warrior i pwned him so bad

Yeah, this is lame, but I'm level 15, forgot about this quest until someone asked me about it, and I tried to click the button to bring him up but it won't allow me to, I can't think of wha tthe problem can be except maybe my level being too high? ok..the coords for the Mausoleum Trigger are 59,48. This is NOT a headstone. It is a FLAT stone lying on the ground with skull and crossbones on it. Trigger it and then go to the Mausoleum door and open it. Ulag will be standing there.

BTW this is in the graveyard in Brill
