Description

This is the deed to an expanse of farmlands within Westfall. It is signed by a Theodore Furlbrow and cosigned by his wife, Verna. And on the back of the deed are hastily scrawled words:

"We leaned on Furlbrow and got his deed. Thought it might be handy if you wanted to forge one of these for your own place.

The Furlbrows won't give us trouble. Last I saw them they were on their way out of Westfall, stuck with a broken wagon."

This is a pretty easy quest. The hardest part is catching the random drop of Furlbrow's Deed (https://classicdb.ch/?item=1972) in the first place. Kill enough Defias and you're sure to get one eventually however.

You have to right click on the deed to start the quest. I had no idea of that. Once I did it, it gave me the quest, and, since I was standing next to him, I was on the quest for like, 10 seconds.

To get the item needed for to start the quest (Item #1972) You will need to do a bit of farming on the defias bandits the drop chance aint super great so it might take you up to an hour depending on you're luck once you have the deed just click on it to begin and then head to farmer furlbrow by the bridge leading into westfall (westfall side)

Hmmm I was looking for it for awhile this morning then I logged off for a bit.&nbsp When I came back on, I killed 3 guys at the Pumpkin Patch adn found it...then I was heading back to Goldshire, killed some more that i ran across on the way and they kept dropping it...

if u r there for the collecter princess or surena for warlocks then if u didnt get it from them farm the area and kill any defias u see or find
