Find Onin MacHammar by Gnomeregan.

Description

Ye see, the King be strip mining the quarry fer ore and gems. More riches than any one dwarf should see in ten lifetimes.

The Hidden Circle has values, <name>. We value valuables. Can ye understand?

Now we feels the King should be sharing some of that booty, but we don't want ol' 'Stinkbeard' to know he's sharin' - if ye catch me drift.

We needs ye to speak with Onin MacHammar over by Gnomeregan and bring back a report. The crafty dwarf has hidden hisself amongst the lepers. Be careful.

He can be found at 25,44, up ontop of the spiral tower, there is a leper up there so be careful but 1ce u have killed him it is easy.

As a lvl 10 Dwarf Rogue, I stealthed around Gnomeregan but couldn't find him, the reason being, he's stealthed. When you take the road to Gnomeregan, follow the road to the end, you'll go just past a machine with green stuff spitting out, there's a tower with path up to the top, there's a lvl 10 Leper there, I attacked him but nothing happened so I got the quest from the npc.

...simply talk to the rogue trainer in Kharanos. He'll direct you to the Ironforge dude, and you can pick up from there.

When i try to complete step 3, so i can get the dagger, it says "dublicatet ithem found" and i can't complete the Q =/

he's up on top of a tower to the far east side of the huts. he's invisible, which makes him all the harder to see, and he's real creepy looking, like death warmed over. hope this helps.

Apparently, to start this quest I had to go to 'Kharanos' in 'Dun Morogh' and speak to the rogue trainer named 'Hogral Bakkan' in the inn, where I get a quest named 'Road to Salvation' where he tells me to go speak with 'Hulfdan Blackbeard' :)

I've looked all around gnomeregan for over an hour and just can't find any dwarven npc's let alone Onin Machammar. Has anyone finished this? please post his location if you know where he is

On the spiral tower that Onin is on, right
next to him is 1 Leper Gnome. This place is west of Brewnall Village and is near the entrance to Gnomeregan, as you can see if you click on the Onin MacHammar link above where it says "Related Mobs".

Its the Dagger you get for this quest and I allready have it, so do Ineed to sell the one I have to complete this quest?

I did this quest in night elf land and got the item there. I don't know if it was easier or not as I have never done the one in gnomer

You don't actually aquire the Blade of Cunning until you complete the quest that this one leads into called Orim's Report
