It may be hard for a humman,gnome,or Dwarf rogue to get there, but me and my friend went to Darnassus when they were 17(me) and 16(him), and we never died once.

Ok for nightelves this quests starts in Dolanaar with Jannok Breezesong, then back to Darnassus to speak to Erion Shadewhisper.
