Travel to Stormwind and seek out Renzik "The Shiv."

Description

So there we were, about to start plottin' out phase III when a couple o' Magni's blockheads come bargin' in here talkin' bout some kind o' heist and arresting some o' the Hidden Circle.

Well nobody puts the iron on old Blackbeard! The argumentations got heavy and thick and somehow yer name weres blurted out!

Me advice? Take the first Gryphon out o' Ironforge and get to Stormwind. Get yerself to Old Town and once there, talk to an old friend o' mine named Renzik "The Shiv."

Quest isnt correct. Place isnt in Old Town, But you ger there through an Old Tow. He is in the white castle str8 behind rogue trainer.

You do not need the "To Hulfdan!" quest to get this. I picked it up at 16 with my rogue without that quest.
he's at the bottom level of the rogue training house in Ironforge.

If you did the Blade of Cunning quest with each trainer (can be done) you can pick up all 3 of the quests that lead to Renzik. DON'T! It breaks the chain and he doesn't give you Redridge Rendezvous which I found out to my cost. I suspect this bug suffers from the same flaw you get by doing part 2 before part 1. Blizzard told me Renzik wasn't bugged either which is BS.

Anonymous's data miner doesn't pick up the next part of this, that's kinda suspicious in itself.

Actually i was at lvl 16 able to complete "Kingly Shakedown" before "To Huldfan". When i did then To Hulfdan and the NPC was about to give me the following quest it lead to an error and i got the message: You dont fill conditions for this Quest.
Reported it as bug...

This quest starts from Hulfdan Blackbeard <Rogue Trainer> in Ironforge.
You must complete quest: To Hulfdan! to get this quest.
This quest yeilds 120XP.
Renzik "The Shiv." is located upstairs in the rogue training area...hes a little goblin looking guy, can't miss him.
Completing this quest leads you to quest: Redridge Rendezvous.
This is a quest for the Alliance.
