Temerus, one of the Black Dragonflight, posted as the guardian of Blasted Lands is indeed kitable.

The strategy is tough though as with any mob if you get too far away from him (roughly 70 yards) he will drop agro/target and return to his ominous patrol route, so the idea with kiting him to Stormwind is to stay inside that range and keep a hold with a DoT or periodic shots.

Before we continue, let’s say this is best done with a Hunter and AotC.

My best suggestion is to take Teremus up through Blasted Lands, through the Swamp of Sorrows, into the Deadwind Pass, across Duskwood to the north, cross the river into Elwynn Forest, and complete the path to Stormwind.
Alternatively you could drag Teremus across Duskwood, and into Westfall if you're having trouble with crossing the river or want to stay on a land-route.

So Teremus is about to cross the river into Elwynn Forest, Good! You're almost there!

Congratulations, you've successfully kited a dragon, nonetheless one of the malicious Deathwing following, to Stormwind. The guards should mobilize almost immediately to cull the threat and low level players should parade through the streets in utter fear. (The entire ordeal takes about 30 minutes)

There should be some Flawless Draenethyst Sphere on his body if you have accepted the quest:
To Serve Kum'isha
-or-
Kum'isha's Endeavors
If this is a repeat attempt or there is more than one of the sphere's on his body (which is HIGHLY probable)
Kum'isha is located in the central area of the map in Blasted Lands, slightly northwest of The Dark Portal and southwest of Nethergarde Keep. When you complete the quest a short interlude should start with Kum'isha sending his brethren into a portal. You should be able to spot him at a small camp with many ‘Lost One’ Draenei NPC’s.

So fantastic! Spheres are collected and turned in, you should have one or more of the Emerald Encrusted Chest in your bags now, each one contains a Superior or Epic quality item ranging from level 40 to 50 the odds are endless, the first time I killed Teremus, it gave me some stuff:
Wyrmslayer Spaulders
Executioner's Cleaver
Serpent Slicer
Lei of Lilies

To our Horde brothers and sisters, I’m sorry, but I could not think of a way off the top of my head to make it easy for you to make a quick kill on this treacherous Teremus. The ‘normal’ way to get the spheres involves a party of about 5 level 60’s or a diminishing number if they are level 60+.
