The Noggenfogger Elixir has three different effects.
Light as a Feather effect: slows your fall. 2 minute duration.
Stop Breathing: underwater breathing. 10 minute duration.
You Feel Smaller: makes you small. 10 minute duration.

Noggenfogger and Savory Delight nihilates eachother, meaning that if u drink noggenfogger first, then eat a savory fish then u only get the effect from the savory delight and vica versa.

As of my knowing there's 3 effect the Noggenfogger Elixir can put on you:

>You stopped breathing : Effect (You become a skeleton and get underwater breathing). Lasts 10min.

>Shrink : Effect (You are shrinked in physical size meaning you become tiny :). Lasts 10min.

>Light as a Feather : Effect (reduces fall damage). Lasts 2min.

After 2.3 they dont have cooldown from 10min,so you can drink how many you want :D (If you are rich (~1,20gold for 20elixirs)

I think there is biggest chance to trasform you in skeleton than be smaller and slow falling.

I wanted to find out what the percentages were to get each of the three effects, and was surprised to see that there weren't any comments about it yet, so I set out to find out myself, and just finished crunching the numbers:

Stop Breathing: 65% chance

Light as a Feather: 25% chance

You Feel Smaller: 15% chance

I spent around an hour drinking bags and bags of potions, so I'm very confident these are the correct percentages.

So you should get about three small effects out of each stack of Noggenfogger Elixir, about five slow fall effects and you won't have to try too hard to be a skellie.

... I got:

10 (50%) x Waterbreathing (Quit Breathing) 10m Duration
05 (25%) x Feather Fall (Feel Light) 2m&nbsp Duration
05 (25%) x Shrink (Smaller) 10m Duration

There is NO cooldown, I clicked the effect off and drank another potion immediately.

No, you cant get a recipe, once you finish the quest you get the 5 for the reward and you can buy them for about 35 silver from him whenever you want.

It is a series quest, and starts with the q "The thirsty Goblin" from Marin Noggenfogger i Gadgetzan. He is right outside the AH there, as far as i remember.

man, this sux ballz, .....
since tbc patch, it now has 2min CD per drink, the Safe fall is reduced to 15secs, and u used to be able to shapeshift (as druid or shammy) and still look like a skellie, but that changed to!

Blizz, stop friggin nerfing all the kool stuff ffs!

guys you know the poisons mushroom u have to collect. Im not sure if you can collect multipul.. but anyway.

when you eat it it deals 10 damage every sec over 20 seconds i think it is or somet... NAYWAY if you into PvP just before a mage sheeps you eat it. since it damages you the sheep will break stright away. same goes for ,blind,trap,ouge,sap,sudduce, or anything else

SO THINK ABOUT IT!

The shrinking affect is actualy quite helpfull when added witht the skeleton making you very very hard to see specialy for wsg.

This is a chain quest that sends u east to get some water. It starts with a gobling on the top of the hill in the city Gad. Then you talk to someone else in the city when u complete that and she sends you off to the Hinterlands to dive in the little lake in the middle and get a mushroom. Go back to her and she will send you to another goblin in the city that makes you the potion. - NOT HARD AT ALL TO COMPLETE.

This is the best fun I've had in awhile! I've found out some interesting things too. If you are under the effects of the Elixir, your mount is shrunken too. And you can also take FP's and your flight mount is shrunken...actually it's quite hysterical to see. Makes you look like a little wind-up toy.

This elixir is for more than fun - one of the 3 effects is to allow underwater breathing, so if you're non-undead, this will come in quite handy.

Also if you're alliance and a gnome when you use the noggenfogger and obtain the "You feel smaller" effect you can cheat in WSG. At the top of the alliance base, unless they fixed it, there are two corners on the front side of the building, or the two corners connected to the log facing the battlefield, the left one has a small gap in it and as a gnome with the smaller effect youre actually small enough to fit in there, slip inside this hole get someone to stand in front of it and youre good for the rest of the battle to farm hks if you desire

Exactly, if youre team is only interested in farming hks or if in the case that your flag is hard to retrieve you can hide here, and if youre team is interested in farming hks being stuck there isnt bad since its hard to see you and hard to attack you, although you would be making a sacrifice, however if the effect wears of and the intentions are to capture the flag, the person standing in front of you can pick up the flag after you drop it
