Description

I have taught you skills in the past, but the time has come for another to teach you. He is in Ratchet, and his name is Strahad. He is human, but do not let that fool you into thinking he is weak. there is two quests one in OG and one in UC that lead you to this npc that have the quest...that start the thread, the felhunter (not felhound) thread
you said you alrdy got that quest throught locks in OG, so yo probably alrdy seen that npc in Ratchet and you alrdy got the follow up ^^
Drop ALL the quest in your quest log and you will see that npc give you your damn follow up

but a good question you can ask to yourself is "what is that followup", the followup is to go speaking to a guy in UC...then ask you to recover the cabal tome
