This quest is given to shamans after they finish the Cutting Teeth quest in Valley of Trials. Most shamans (usually orc or troll) are level two when this quest is turned in, hence the ability to learn a new spell. The shaman trainer who this quest is turned into is right outside the cave of the quest giver.
