There's a patrol of 3 lvl 21 elites in the area that you walk through that can aggro to the NPC... If they do I recommend just letting him die and going back for the quest.

If you happen to die (due to the above-mentioned Patrol), abandon the quest and go back to Miran.&nbsp You'll be able to re-start from there.

Definantly bugged - I got the Complete message, but I was unable to talk to Prospector Ironband (he kept the silver ? over his head). Also, if I returned to where I originally picked up Miran, I was unable to talk to him.

If a message says that Loch Modan is under attack, don't try this quest until all's clear. Tried after the message disappeared, and had three lvl 21 Horde Runners attack me, and the escort guy

I think your need to have the quest "Powder to Ironband" [1], before you can take this quest.
