Description

There are restless spirits in this world, <name>. There are spirits that have been tainted by their isolation, bound to an ancient evil...

I have heard of a place that lies deep below the surface of the earth -- banished there by powers greater than I have ever seen.

If you wish to learn more of this place; the Sunken Temple, seek out a goblin named Marvon Rivetseeker. He has studied many ancient areas of the world, and was last known to have left his home in Ratchet to study the troll ruins in Tanaris.

As an Alliance folk, found Marvin at 53,46 in Tanaris. Had his little distillery and makeshift camp set up in the middle of the Broken Pillar area, against a wall.

Marvon Rivetseeker is found at a sand-buried temple ruin not too too far south of Gadgetzan. After speaking with him, you will have to travel to the Sunken Temple, located in the Swampasaurus area (Swamp of Sorrows). It is the large lake, the Pool of Tears east of Stonard. There are many lvl 42-45 drangonkin elite that wander the land that surrounds the temple, but do not fear what is outside, you can easily sneak by them and swim out to the temple inthe center of the lake.

After you arrive at the temple, enter and descend. Inside it is best to have a party of 3 or more (5 is best) lvl 45 or higher, but I suggest minimum 3 players lvl 50 or higher.

I did this as mage lvl 52, with orc shaman lvl 50 and troll hunter lvl 50 (hunter counts as 2 in my books cause his pet Julian is a good asset) and it was challenging and fun. A priest would be darn handy!

I can't get this quest from the witchdoctor. I've done all his other quests and I'm lvl 52. It's also preventing me from getting another ST quest so if anyone has any idea why I can't grab this one I'll take any suggestions. Thanks.

The first post is correct. Look to the corner of the Broken Pillars and you will see a little rag tag camp , Marvon is there.

This thread hasn't been updated for awhile but the dragonkin around Swamp of Sorrows and in Dustwallow Marsh are no longer elites.

The exact location of Marvon Riverseeker is 52, 45. He's sitting in a tiny little camp thing in an area called 'Broken Pillar.'

At 49 I couldn't get this quest either, following Joana's guide, quote: "Turn "Natural Materials" in ... accept "The Sunken Temple"" - well, I can't.

I dont get it....Went to broken Pillar, have the stone circle quest but am not offered sunken temple. If you say to start in feralas with the witch Dr., I did. I even completed the full line with the muiseks. And the witch Dr offers me nothing. I dont get it, I cannot get Sunken Temple. Someone help this noob :( Im hordie lvl 57 btw
