No rewards on this repeatable quest, it's just the reverse of https://classicdb.ch/?quest=3381 and used to return you from the Bears Head keep to the lower level.

When you teleport back you're surrounded by a shield for several seconds, and can't move until it wears off.

Beware, there's a rare chance you will teleport back right as a mountain giant is walking by.
