Speak to Xiggs Fuselighter and get a Standard Issue Flare Gun from him in Ironforge.

Description

Ah, so Tymor sent you, huh? Yeah, I owe him a favor or two. What's that? Why, that little devil. Yeah, I can help him out with that. So you'll need a flare gun and a location... easy enough.

There's a small island off the southern peninsula of Azshara that we've made a landing pad on. You take this flare gun, and use it there. I'll see your signal and come by to pick up this... whatever it is he wants.

The best direction your going to get =)
You'll find helipad at (The Ruined Reach) you will have to swim to it.
When you look at you map you will want to be in the lower right-hand section of the map. The helipad is inside the phallic shape border it is the shaded circle at the bottom of the map where it reads THE GREAT SEA.

Whatever you do don't toss the drawing kit, you need it complete the third part of the quest and get the reward >.< I destroyed mine and cant get it back, beware!

&nbsp After making rubbings or copies of the arcane runes, go way far to the most south eastern side of the map of Azhara.&nbsp You'll find the the lilttle makeshift helipad over there...&nbsp Make sure u have all the drawings, your flaregun and drawing kit...&nbsp when u use the flaregun a helicopter will appear and xiggs will come out.&nbsp click on him and the quest is complete... a farely nice reward will be given a nice off hand item with +12 intellect or some plate mail boots... enjoy

A word of warning, you have to talk to the dwarf twice to get the flare gun. I didn't realize this until I'd gotten to the helipad and was frantically digging through my bags to find the ****ing thing. ^_^()

Not too hard to find - it's a well-lighted island and kinda gives itself off even from a distance.

Go to The Hall Of Arms and you'll find him there ... as you go through the main entrance ... go straight on ... down a walkway ... under the place where you can join battles and he is through there on the right =]
