Description

Many a hunter is attracted to Loch Modan to hunt our famous crocs. There are always merchants who seek out crocolisk skins for clothing items or armor, and there are also some who enjoy the taste of their meat.

We do some trade in this, but not a huge amount, as the crocolisks are ferocious and have entrenched themselves on the islands in the Loch. But don't let me dissuade you, it's quite an experience, wrestling with the jaws of the beasts.

I got mine pretty quick. There some small islands in the Loch with hundreds of crocs if you can handle them.

Croc Island is the southernmost island in the lake. There's nothing on it but croc's and boy are there a bunch of em. There's just one problem. Its a small island, with a bunch of aggresive crocs.

If there's someone else on the island trying to make a dent, then your okay, since it will support 3 people pretty easily and to be honest, its nice just to have someone there to pick up adds. I noticed that the west side of the island has a much slower respawn, so I would generally pull to over there. SItting on the east side by yourself is suicide.

I've killed at least 30 crocolisks already and I still havent gotten any skins. Is there a special place you have to kill them in to get the skins?

you probably didnt accept the quest.

The island in the Loch is chock full of crocks but the spawn rate must have been adjusted because I swam out there with my LVL 16 Pally and picked everything needed for this quest and then hung around banging on them for "grren" items to disenchant. Nothing else spawns there so it works nicely for anyone who can handle a 14-16 LVL Crocolisk.

to the east of the lake there are also crocs. And they are far away from each other. So its very easy to get it soloing by youre self

Island near 54, 55. Crocs are all level 14 - 15. Easy.
