Bring the head of Targorr the Dread to Guard Berton in Lakeshire.

Description

Targorr the Dread served under Gath'Ilzogg as supreme Executioner. His methods were ruthless, even by filthy orc standards. Men who fought bravely to defend the Kingdom were tortured on his whim. Now he is being held in the Stormwind Stockade, sentenced to die. Yet something is amiss. One of the bureaucratic nobles put a hold on his execution. I am sure foul play is in the works.

Put an end to Targorr the Dread, <name>. Travel to The Stockade and behead him before trickery is upon us.

You can get this quest from Guard Berton, he's in Lakeshire near the mailbox at the Inn. Lakeshire is in Redridge, to the right of Elwynn Forest, just follow the road & you will see griffins on the left, bridge in front of you & Lakeshire is over the bridge. To get to the Stockades, take the griffin to Stormwind, take the bridge left of Trade District, wich puts you next to the Mage Quarter,then go right from the bridge & it will lead straight ahead to the building, Stockades is in there. You should take a group of 5. To get the head of Targorr, you have to kill defias that are in the hallway. there are two rooms either side of the hallway where you have to kill a few defias. Once you hit the end of the hallway, there's another hallway wich goes left & right, straight ahead is a room, you'll find Targorr the Dread in there. If more than one of you has the quest "What Comes Around", you'll all get the drop of his head.
Take a griffin back to Lakeshire & remember you'll find Guard Berton in front of the Lakeshire Inn

You can find Targorr in the first cell on the right or second cell on the left in the central wing of the Stockades. Rarely, he spawns in the cell furthest north, between the left and right wings.

The only loot Targorr drops is head which is needed for the quest "What Comes Around..."

I done this solo as a level 30 hunter and it was rather simple, just have to use your skills wisely.
When I knew i'd get a double pull i would use Frost Trap then range pull, otherwise just Immolation trap for the added damage.
I went in and went straight and found him in the back room with 2 convicts, took out the one near the door then waited for Targorr to wander over and yanked him out solo.

I was occasionally found "Targorr the Dread" , wile I was exploring "the Blasted Lands".
As i told I found him in "the Blasted Lands" nortwest near "The Dark Portal" by the road.
Imagine how lucky I am!
And this staff as reward is very good!

Make sure you take a group of 4 with a healer
no one lower than 22.
Once you find him shortly after the 2 headed monster comes after you and it takes everything you got to fight him and a healer in the background to do nothing but that, heal.
Otherwise battle on SOF Soldier Of Fortune Warrior

Ive been through all of stockade - I think - cant find this guy ... the stockade has rooms off each hallway and a room at the end of each hallway .. is this guy in one of the rooms "off" a hallway ?

He is found in the 1st hallway. He is usually in the cell area of one of the rooms. I have found him in the 2nd room on the left and the one on the right.

the location to turn in the quest is at (23,53) it took me a while to remember where the location was :)
