Description

Wanted: Maggot Eye!

A foul beast, even by Gnoll standards, Maggot Eye has been sentenced to death for his crimes against The Forsaken. This despicable villain has been stealing corpses for use by the Lich King's army. Maggot Eye was last seen pillaging the lands near Garren's Haunt to the north of Brill.

The town of Brill hereby offers a reward to the capable soul who can carry out the execution. Show Executor Zygand the villain's paw once the deed is done.

Mercy is for the weak.

It's in Brill, outside the Magistrate, Sevren's, building. Behind the mounted guard, Executor Zygand, to the left of the stairs, facing it.

Maggot Eye is to the North of Brill, in Garren's Haunt, which is an abandoned farm. He's inside a small building, sitting on a short hill, north of the farm itself.

Maggot Eye is level 10 and alone, besides two guards outside. He will fight alone if you sneak by the guards and fight inside.

Yeah, but that strategy doesn't work, dudes! The very moment when you attack ONE of the guards, the other 2 plus Maggot eye Attack you! You'll be able to take down one of them, if you're lucky-two! But not more! My character is level 11 right now and I'm only able to take down 2 guards, but just by using a Health Potion, otherwise-forget it :x

did this as a level 9 mage, just kill the mobs outside maggot's house then take him out and grab the chest in his house, but be careful of the murlocs who come up from the shoreline.

can't believe i looked down the whole beach and the farm but never actually went into the building. theres also a chest north of the building by the beach. its inside a large dead fish. the fish should be blue

Garren's Haunt is directly north of Brill. Maggot Eye is in a shack at the NW corner there are a couple of gnolls patrolling around but it was no problem. He's lvl 10 non-elite.

Got the money and armor, 850 exp and standard rep adjustment to UC at lvl 12 (quest yellow).

He looks like other Graverobbers. It's pretty hard to kill him cuz there's like 2-3 other mobs and they attack with Maggot Eye.

Level 7 Rogue solo. Cleared mobs out front one by one, then made sure to kill all the patrols. Pulled him with ranged, ran, stopping to range until he caught up. Gouged once to bandage, other than that it was smooth.
