OK so here's how it goes

1) get a Libram of Voracity drop (or easy to pick up from AH)
2) Wipper roots are from the felwood gatherer chain - druid in Felwood gives the quest out - great details here on Thott
3) Crystal Force - use pylons in Ungoro to convert Blue & green crystals to Crystal Force
4) Black diamonds are drops / AH items again

gather all mats and take to the NPC in north of Burnning Stepes - he gives out the libram. It works like an enchant so use on your own gear or on others via the 'will not be traded' slot

Sold plenty for good gold 65 - 95 is going rate on Doomhammer

You have to take this to the Blood Elf at Flame Crest, Burning Steppes along with:

- 30 gold
- a Black Diamond (found in BRD)
- 4 Whipper Root Tubers (found in Felwood, but can only be collected after the plant is cleansed with a Cenarion Salve)
- 4 Crystal Force (found in Un'Goro Crater, you can create these from 10 green and 10 blue power crystals at the Eastern Pylon)

As a reward you can choose from items that can permanently enchant your head/legs item with 8 to str/agi/sta/int/spi.

Good to know info:
Unlike the Aldor or Scryer enchanting items. Which bind to you when you get them and then bind the item you use it on to you also.

Only the Arcanum binds to you. Using the Arcanum on an item does not bind the item to you.

So... +8 stam on a twink head piece is something to think about.

This is actually quite useful for a paladin. Consider what the +8 Int does for us. First, +8 Int. Assuming at 60 the paladin formula for spell crit is:

[INT/29.5?]%

This gives us .27% crit chance for 8 Int.

Now, also assume that paladins have Divine Intellect, and Blessing of Kings, that increases the 8 int to about 9.6 (or 9.68, however, they do the math) int. Assuming they round up, that's 10 int.

Compare this to the ZG enchant, which give us 10 Stamina, 24 healing, and 7 defense. Assuming at this point that defense is all but useless for a current end-game raiding paladin, it comes down to +healing and stamina and more mana and spell crit.

With two enchants, you have the following totals:

ZG: 48 +healing, 200 health
LIbram: 20 Int (assuming BoK and DI talent), which gives us .54% spell crit, ~300 mana

Considering the limited number of ZG enchants you can get these days, +8 int doesn't look that bad.

If your trying to get a good head/leg enchant for health points, don't bother with this +8 stamina LesserArcanum... It only gives ~80 hp and there is another quest that gives +100hp, for almost same mats except the Libram Item... Just so you know, which you probably know already.

Yes.. This quest IS repeatable..

You are able to get +8 anystat at both leg and head item

And... It IS possible to enchant it on a twinks item :)

Just make the quest on another char, and do the enchant via the trade screen :P

For Horde characters who've never been to Burning Steppes, there are two ways to get there.

1) Fly to Searing Gorge, then walk through Blackrock Mountain to the Burning Steppes.

2) Ride through Elwynn Forest to Redridge Mountains to the Burning Steppes.

Note that option 2 puts you riding through Alliance towns, but if you're not familiar with Blackrock Mountain it could be the easier of the two choices.

Applying the enchant, does not bind the item to you.&nbsp You can even enchant through the Trade window.&nbsp Unlike the Clefthide Leg Armor (cannot be done thru the Trade window).

I will be putting these on my DPS leggings, for the added crit on a 60 warrior. I put Rapidity on my lionheart helm...

The enchant you choose should depend on what you are using said piece of armor for... if you are tanking in a lionheart helm.. you are probably a moron, unless you have no other helms.

I put +100 health on my might helm and I will be putting +100 health on my might leggings.

I put +20 fr on my Dark iron legs and helm...

Like I said, dpends on what you use the armor for. Seems to make little sense to put +100 health on a lionheart helm unless you are low on HP and primarily PvP...

Because if you are a DPS warrior in PvE, you should rarely take damage, so the added health won't help nearly as much as the added chance to crit or increased attack speed.

I wonder what servers you guys are playing on where a Black Diamond is costing you 30+ gold! I play on 6 different servers (mostly RP and RPPvP) and have stacks of Black Diamonds that I can't sell to save my life. They sell for about 16 silver when they do sell and there are usually about 20 entries in the auction house to compete with me. On a lucky day I can sell one for 25 silver, but that is unusual. I've been trying to sell these things for almost a month now every day. I thought maybe you all misunderstood the quest and assumed it meant Pristine Black Diamond (which it doesn't) and even they are selling on my servers for only 4-10 gold each. Just wanted to let those of you know who are trying to get these things for the quest that there is hope out there on some servers.

u spend 75g o it... but it can go up to 100g.. not cheap =(

even more useless then some of the other librams.

8 sta is 80, the hp librm is 100hp, 2 more stamina for choosing other libram.

8 int=120mana. the int libram is 150mana, more mana then this. the added crit chance is far too low to even look at.

spirit? strenght? wouldnt even look at those.

agility difers heavily from class to class, and different class's have different amounts of agility to =crit/dodge/dmg, along with different natural crit/dmg/dodge. rogue can have less agility, but will still have higher dodge then hunter. but-> +8 agility, will not equal anything near 1% dodge. +8 agility might give about .25% or .20% dodge. it takes about 15-20agility to get additional 1%s of dodge or crit. the haste libram is much more worth it for dmg, and the dodge libram is much more worth it for dodge.
