Beware of the Murloc Foragers, they use a minor healing potion. :/

Look to the left of this page under "links" and you will see "Cosmos"&nbsp That is a program a lot of people use to find things easier on their maps.&nbsp That's how the co-ordinates that you see here are used.

he said&nbsp 79.8, 55.6 notice how thats the same thing as 79,55 (or 80,56 accually) his coordinates are right, you people just need to learn to read, and what does advanced calculas do to make you more able to use simple coordinattes

I used the coordinates from the previous posters and located the body.&nbsp Once I located the body, I got as close to it as I could until I agro-ed one (hopefully).&nbsp I then ran away, so only it would follow me, and not agro any others nearby.&nbsp After doing it about 5 or 6 times, I got to the body.&nbsp If two or more were agro-ed, I just ran away into the foothills to the east until they were gone.&nbsp It is also important between each kill to drink some water or rest for a few seconds.&nbsp If u want to find the coordinates on the map, type in /mntloc 79,55.

i did this Q 10 minutes ago... and i'm lvl 44 draenei! i know it's kind of late,but i got exalted status with SW because of it =)

soloed as lvl 8 preist, died once in correct villiage, not too bad, just control aggro

The village is just north of Eastvale logging camp
where you do the 'bundle of trouble' quest. It's
real close to where you search for the wood & the prowlers and bears.

From Malakai's remains, follow the shore of the lake east until you see the Murloc camp. Rolf's body should be close to one of the hut things near the centre of the camp.

Solo'd easy on a lvl 8 mage. Polymorph makes all the difference!

Find his body on the east side of the lake, that would be the east murlock village, not the first one u come too after finding the first guard's body.

Rolf's remains - yes the body is in the Murloc village but its not quite so simple to solo at lvl 9/11. I am a lvl 10 warrior with reasonable kit and actually getting to the body to click on it is tough. Why? Because although it is relatively easy to thin out the outer Murloc guard around the village (by the way, there are two villages, one below the other!) killing the inner guard is not easy because if you pull one of the Murlocs, you actually pull 2 possibly three! Now, these are lvl 9/10 mobs so fighting 3 at lvl 10 is a bit of a waste of time especially as the Murloc Foragers can regenerate health.
I have not finished the quest yet, but armed with some health potions I'm going back soon to kick some ass!

Done it 2nd time. Difference was, I tooled up proper
1. Minor Defense potion
2. Weak Trolls blood
3. Minor Fortitude
4. Minor healing potion at the ready (did not use in event)

These potions are the biz - make a real difference!
If you don't want to keep forking out dosh for them, create an alt who
is a herbalist/alchemist (like I have done)! Also can help out friends. Yay!

This quest rewards 75 Stormwind reputation as of patch 2.01.

You find around the neck of the corpse a metal medallion inscribed with the words "Footman Rolf Hartford."

Easy to do as level 9 mage. Mind you that you just have to come from the right side (from the right)

Also easy as a 10 pally these murlocs don't run away to fetch friends, so it's pretty easy to just be careful with pulls.

Careful with the pulls, as a paladin, I would bubble and loot the corpse, then its every man for himself, 3 murlocs guarding the flesh, they also have a castable pot spell. Be warned.
