Vendor can be found in Stormwind at 53,65 in the trade district...right next to the mailbox.

Yeah, its the last quest, and you dont need to go to Shimmering Flats, as long as you do it within the week. The vendor is the little guy next to the Inn in Stormwind - hes a little goblin. You buy the 5 ice creams, and give one to the kid, and thats it - go back to the orphanage and get your prize (piggy, rat (yuk), turtle ^.^ or 5g D:< ). Dunno for Horde, I dont play it, but I assume, in Orgy somewhere.

You can still get the icecream in Orgrimar.&nbsp it's sold by a goblin that stands between the mail box and the inn.

The ice cream is sold by Alowicious Czervik, a goblin, at loc (52,69) in Orgrimmar. He's right outside the bank.
