When you start the event by planting the spike in the skull pile the Ogres will come. If you target an Ogre and then right click the pike it will shoot a bolt at that Ogre. Casters die instantly and melee get a ton of damage. The pike has a cooldown though.

You get the spike thats leaning against the wall after the 2nd bridge, just like said above.&nbsp You get the head from Omokk or something like that, one of the giants.&nbsp Then you go down clear everything out...pass through the spiders and you get to a part where there's like 4 giants again.&nbsp You kill the giants and the pile of skulls will b right there.&nbsp Now b ready and all buffed up. You open ur bag, right click on the head while on the pile.&nbsp About 3 or 4 ogres will spawn (sometimes Urok spawns with them sometimes later).&nbsp If you click on the spike again it throws a bolt of lighting in the targeted oggre.&nbsp Once they're all killed the thing should drop from Urok, it didnt drop for me the 1st time i did this.&nbsp Then you return to that litle guy (Warosh)that walks around the instance between the two roped bridges and return the quest.

I was told the easiest way to beat these orge rumble is to have priest mind control one by one and toss them over into the lava. LOL.

did this with a 10man raid today cos it'd be way quicker, but it didn't drop, my guess is it's only doable by 5man parties.

I've got his head, no one wanted to stick around to see what happened. I never saw a pike though, does it drop with his head? or does Warosh give it to you? What are the rewards monetarily-wise since xp and gear doesn't seem to matter anymore? lol

We tried this Quest two times yet. We clicked the Pike every time it was ready, we gave what we could, but no success. 5 60s couldn't get this thing down. (Mage, Hunter, Shaman, Priest, Warlock)

The Pike only seems to damage one single Add...
(The tip to use the Pike to damage the adds in combat comes with the Note, the NPC gives you, btw.)

How did you get this thing done?

Resto druid (me)
Warlock
DPS warrior
Hunter with a pet
Rogue

Have the warlock cast a massive fear and keep fearing individual mobs, pet can take one and rogue can stun mobs coming for the healer. Warlocks dots everything, rogue keeps them rather still while hunter and warrior DPS. Heal pet and spam those HoTs around. Mobs go down one by one, use the spear to zerg the ones threatening the healer. When the boss spawns, put the pet to tank it and DPS rest of the adds, then DPS the boss. If by chance someone dies, use rebirth.

Easy pie, got myself the awesome healing ring and a quest done. Me in full blues, rest with some parts of T1.

After you run this quest, is that all, or can you come back and do it over. Was curious since it is a scripted event. If elements boots don't drop 1st time, I would think you could come back and farm him for it.

Thanks

Raith

During the fight you can click on the pole to do serious damage to all the adds, a bit more aoe will finish them off.
It's a bit like fighting the master cannoneer in Strat Scarlet.

Where do you get the mojo?

Unable to complete in a 5-man. We had three DPSers and two healers, all well-geared, experienced, and resourceful players. The healers pulled off every trick in the book and the druids combat rez the first person to go down. We can't seem to pull it off. The last group was five lvl 60s: resto druid, holy priest, arms/fury warrior, balance druid in moonkin form (don't laugh, he can maintain 400 dps and still has good resistance), and a hunter with his tanking turtle.

What strategies have other people used? We find this a bit of a challenge, though doable without deaths, in a 10-man and can't figure out how to do this in a 5-man. Nobody in our guild or with our guild allies has been there for a successful go yet, and we're out of ideas, so help would be appreciated.

As it stands now, I'm flat-out refusing to do this quest without further advice from people who have successfully completed it, even though another guildie wants that trinket.

This is a non-raid quest. Did this last night in a 10 man raid and didn't get credit for any of my quests in this area.
