You will find the data in a box that randomly spawns in the Ziggurats.
They can spawn in Nerub'Enkan's Ziggurat, Baroness Anastari's Ziggurat or in Maleki's Ziggurat

Let me guess, it wasn't an INSTANCED raid quest...

Araj's Scarab, Battle of Darrowshire, and perhaps other non instanced quests can be completed in a raid but you have to leave the raid group to loot/talk to the guys to get the rewards.

Many many items that are quest items will no longer drop if you are in a raid group even if you are soloing, such as the Silithus quests.&nbsp The timbermaw quests will not count kills, but will still drop the beads/feathers.. so Blizz has chosen to do it differently everywhere seemingly.

Quests in instances marked DUNGEON can no longer be done in a raid and then converted back to a 5 man by making the person the leader and everyone else leaving.

Some things can partly be done.. like Aurius in UD Strat.. he will come help fight Baron in a 10 man, and will give the reward to everyone who is there whether they had the quest or not.

This one however, requires a 5 man, like the prereq.

"The Argent Dawn quest "The Active Agent" now offers a choice of rewards: Seal of the Dawn and Rune of the Dawn. Both may be used just like an Argent Dawn Commission.
Players seeking to replace their Seal of the Dawn (or get a Rune of the Dawn instead) once they've finished "The Active Agent" quest should speak with Betina Bigglezink in Eastern Plaguelands."

This quest comes after The Flesh Does Not Lie, which you can only do in a strat 5-man group, and it might take a few runs depending on how many in your group have the quest.

One question about this quest though, can you do it while in a raid or do you have to 5-man this also?

I managed to pull this quest off solo as a lvl70 rogue thanks to this post. Start by entering the side entrance and then opening the service entrance gate, pass through it and stealth. Continue up to the gauntlet gate and distract the stealth detecting mobs when needed. After you've opened the second gauntlet gate you'll see the boss you want to kill straight ahead. The door behind her will open when she dies and the chest you're looking for may be inside. If not, you can have a shot at Nerub'enkan located to your left after the second gauntlet gate. But keep in mind that this fight will be alot harder because he's melee and he spawns two adds, at least he did for me.

I had to use 2x evasion and a healing pot to survive even though I'm almost fully epic geared. Now, there's a risk that the chest is not located inside that place either and if so you'll have to reset the instance and try again (unless you feel like going for the third boss, which I never tried myself). MoD is strongly recommended, camouflage helps as well against the gargoyles. And remember that there's stealth detecting mobs in there that's also cloaked, called "Eye of Naxxramas", which you can only hope you won't encounter. It's also worth noting that the chest you're looking for is not trackable with the dwarf racial "find treasure".

As of 11/26/05 I can guarentee you cannot do this in a raid, then wait until everyone has left, even if you remake a group that is not a raid.

Also I found the box in the Baroneess' Zigg on the left side if you're facing the front of the zigg. It was the first zigg we cleared, woot :)

You can not complete this quest in a raid. I've ran several raids and everytime I am not able to click onto the box so this is 5 man only.

Also, you can't solo this as a rogue/druid because you have to defeat the mini-boss that is out in front of the ziggurat before the doors will open to let you inside of it.

If you are using this in an instance with many undead please be careful about drawing aggro. I use KLH threat meter and I noticed a decent jump in generated aggro while using this as a caster. For most trash mobs it's fine, but in some delicate boss battles with tanks who have been having trouble keeping aggro, keep an eye out.

Neutral through to Friendly (50%)
Kill any undead mob within the WPL and EPL area.

Friendly (50%) through to Honoured (50%)
Kill any elite undead mob in WPL, EPL or in the instances.

Honoured (50%) through to Revered (50%)
Kill undead bosses.

Revered (50%) to Exalted
Turn in Sourgestones, cleanse the cauldron and Healthy Scales.

EXPLANATION OF HOW

Cleansing the Cauldron
To cleanse the cauldron you have to have completed all parts of the 'Target:' quests given out by High Priestess MacDonnell in Chillwind Camp.
Using your Vitreous Focuser collect Ectoplasmic Resonators off the corpses of the undead around 'Gahrron's Withering Cauldron'. The reason why you cleanse 'Gahrron's Cauldron' over and over again is because it has a higher reputation reward. You will also be collecting scourgestones but please keep these till you are pasted 1/2 through Revered with the Dawn. Once you collect 4x Ectoplasmic Resonators, 4x Runecloth go to Alchemist Arbingto in Chillwind Camp and buy 1x Arcane Quickener. Then go back to the cauldron and use it. Doing this will give the player 25 (27-28 if Human) reputation points with the Argent Dawn. I would collect around 80x Ectoplasmic Resonators at a time and cleanse the cauldron twenty times. This quest can be done over and over again. However the 'Arcane Quickeners' cost money, 45 silver. The runecloth is picked up off the corpses of the undead mobs, and you usually have more than you need.

Using only the Cauldron quest to gain reputation from Revered (50%) to Exalted you will need all of the following:

1680x Ectoplasmic Resonators
1680x Runecloth
420x Arcane Quickener (Total cost: 189 gold (PvP Rank 3: 168 gold))

Scourgestones
Most undead mobs in WPL, EPL and the instances drop Scourge Stones of some kind. Collect these stones and put them in your bank. They will stack to 250 so you shouldn't run out of space. As the reputation gains become harder after you get passed 50% in Revered I would keep them to use then. You will get 25 (27-28 if Human) points of reputation for each turn in of 20x Minion's Scourgestones, 10x Invader's Scourgestones, and 1x Corruptor's Scourgestones. However, the Argent Dawn quests at Revered and Exalted require some tokens (Revered: 10, Exalted: 25) so you will have to spend some for those quests. Once you turn in the stones you might as well use the tokens to gain addition reputation.

Amounts of ScourgeStones needed to get to Exalted from Revered (50%):

Minion's Scourgestones: 4200*
Invader's Scourgestones: 2100*
Corruptor's Scourgestones: 210*

*These figures include spending the Valour Token reward from turning in the stones.

Healthy Dragon Scales
This quest is from picking up Healthy Dragon Scales from within Scholomance off of Plagued Hatchlings and returning them to Betina Bigglezink at Lighthopes Chappel in EPL. Each scale is a quest itself, start the quest and then talk to Betina Bigglezink. You can carry as many of these scales as you can. The drop rate of these scales is low as the prereg quest is Plagued Hatchlings and that isn't done by many people. Each scale gives the player 50 (55 for Humans) reputation points with the Argent Dawn.

Total number of scales needed from Revered (50%) to Exalted: 210

Since the 1.11 patch there are more options for getting to exalted.

Turning in the repeatable quests for the different collectiable items:

For insignia of the crusade turn-ins:
crypt fiend parts
bone fragments

For insignia of the dawn turn-ins:
savage frond
cores of elements
dark iron scraps

gets you 10 rep with AD each turn-in of 30.

At Revered, turning in 7 each of the insignias of the dawn and crusade
will get you one of the superior armaments of the dawn (I would take the 18 slot bag) You also get 100 ad rep. for first turn in.
So, not only do you get an 18 slot bag, but you get 380 ad rep total with it.
