Description

You be far from home out here in the Bloodhoof Village, <name>. I be sent here to find priests of my own tribe to send back to speak to our leaders, but that not mean I cannot help you too.

I hear word that your head priestess spirit want all Forsaken to come to her--there are things you must learn.

Go to meet Aelthalyste in the War Quarter in that city of yours.

Ok, First: only the undead priests get this quest. Second: you r supposed to get the quest from Dark Cleric Beryl at lvl 10, but u don't. Third: if u look, u get the quest from Aelystha or something like that, the lvl 60 banshee-like priest triner in UC and she gives AND finishes the quest so all u have to do is go to her to get the skill. Got it?

In classic, you don't pick this up from Beryl in Brill. You pick up and complete the quest from Aelthalyste, priest trainer, in the War Quarter of Undercity.
