To turn this quest in, talk to Donyal Tovald in the western corner of the Stormwind Library (Facing a bookshelf), which is in the north of the keep (northeast of the keep's courtyard). There will be no question mark over his head. You can visit this man to hand in any scrips you find.

This quest provides you with the choice between two books for teaching you WoW lore. Click on them in the Rewards view and read their comments: people have posted up the books' contents.

I did not recieve any reputation or experience. I don't think turning in scrips gives you either. Only books.
