You must have purchased the Collector's Edition of the orginal World of Warcraft to have access to this quest which provides a free non combat pet.

In classic, this quest will only be available to those who purchased the original WoW collectors edition and have it tied to their account.

Buy the collector's edition, pretty sure you turn it in to get the Panda cub, Mini Diablo, or Zergling pet.

You get this when you buy & register a World of Warcraft Collector's Edition version of the game. Roll an Undead (or any Horde, I'm not sure) and you get it automatically in you bag when you start.
