Here are coords for those of you that can use them.
63, 34.&nbsp I only got 280xp at lvl 40 btw.

Ok...when you get the necklace ( I'm not sure about getting the quest without it) go east of Dabryrie's Farmstead to find the crystal. Once you get the next quest, go east of Hammerfall (careful of the Horde there...lv55) and look for a path through the mountains. On the way through, kill the Kobolds to get the shardes. Go into the cavern and in the back, you'll find another crystal. This will give you the next part of the quest:
Cresting Key is at the Circle of East Binding
Thundering Key is at the Circle of Outer Binding
Burning Key is at the Circle of West Binding
The Circle of Inner Binding is just south of Refuge Pointe

You will notice some elementals drop charms. These will instantly banish one elemental at another circle, for example the Cresting Charm dropped at East Binding Circle will banish a Burning Exile at the West Binding Circle.

Once you take the next quest you have to get the lv42 elite bossman. Bring friends :)

The crystal is in the circle just west of the circle of east binding...sort of levitating.

62, 33, or just look up at your mini map. An arrow points you to the Crystal in the Mountain.

Alright, let me clear up a few things real quick.
1) The map about the crystal in the Barrens, must be either a totally different quest or a bogus map.
2) You can start the quest one of two ways. a) Find the pendant on a mob and then (right-click) the pendant in your inventory to start the quest. b) Go to the crystal in Arilhi Mountains (west of Hammerfall) and click on the crystal. In any case, you'll still have to bring the pendant back to the crystal.

I'm about to do the quest now and when I'm finish, I'll tell you what the rewards was.

fly to arathi highland.

when you arrive look at mini map and go to gold arrow.

you will find at 62,33

click crystal

50 XP gained at lvl 46 pally

picked up quest princess trapped

got mine in a yettie butt. It not shining anymore.

I got mine off a yak-like creature in south Pukado Valley.

Anyhow, it's easy enough to find the crystal.&nbsp Exit Hammerfall, head due west for about 80 seconds, and you're right there.

If you can't find it, you should feel really, really dumb.&nbsp Because you'd have to be.

just go go to 62,33 in Arathi Highlands and click on the big crystal

Just how much XP do any of you truely expect for a basic delivery quest...absolutely no fighting to get the severely handicapped XP.

This quest apparently only exists to lead you into [The Princess Trapped]

It's North East out of Refuge Point for Allies, keep going north east until you run into it (past that farm), north near the mountains.

It's just West of the horde base, straight west.&nbsp You can't miss it.

P.S: I got this quest when the pendant dropped off of a Bloodsail MOB in STV.

I found it in Scarlet Monastery... I'd already done a quest from this crystal in Arathi a long time ago... will it somehow start the same quest?&nbsp

This quest can be started without the necklace by visiting the circle of west binding in the arathi highlands.

As a level 43 pally I recieved only 110 exp for turning in the pendent anyway... :/

Whom ever doesn't have the quest, and wants it, will want to know where to get it.

Frnkly I really dont care where you all got your pendants, what on earth do I do with mine? no one cared to mention how to complete the quest.

the circle of binding to the left of Hammerfall. its to the direct left of it. its huge you cant miss it unless your a blind man.

When you land at Hammerfall, you will see a yellow arrow on your minimap and this directly points to those coords.

the place you have to be for this quest is nowhere near the ogre mound, its just west of hammerfall at 62,33

Seems that some folks have gotten up to that part. I've gone a little beyind it. You can find all the quest info here, of course, so this is just a brief travelogue.

And travelogue it is. This quest sends you to many places on the world map. I (like many others) have not yet goten the necklace, but just clicked on the shard to begin at step two.

OK. After killing the elite L42 Giant and his (now) three friends, then the surprise L42 elite that pops up, you head to Ironforge. (This is from the Alliance perspective, of course. I'm sure the Horde has an equivalent.) There, a secretive representative of Twilight Hammer (whose members you may also fight in Searing Gorge) asks you to find a "lost" member of their cult. He's in the Badlands, and has you kill Rock Elementals for parts of a scroll which can seal Myzrael away again. (Because someone killed her Giant jailers and freed her. Ahem.)

And that's where I am at the moment. It's a fun series, but an odd mixture of easy/impossible to solo at the recommended level. I'm looking forward to the boss fight, though!

Well found the Crystal to the NE of Refuge Point. Send me to save the princess but don't recognize any of the areas mentioned. Will post more if I find it.

i just got this in uldaman, already did most of the quest its leading to however, at lvl 32...........this is quite disappointing :(

Lol, at lvl 56 (never had the drop before..) this gives 25 XP.

I got this off a mob outside RFD. I too see the yellow arrow east of Crossroads, but there is nothing there.. Will have to check out what cmtravis said.... maybe the arrow you see at crossroads, is really the one from the other server.. but it's a map bug...
I don't really think it matters where you find it.. just that you hit level 31ish and it will eventually drop from someone..

You don't need the necklace to start this quest. the large purple looking crystal in the highlands can be searched without it, and you will still get the quest. After killing Fozruk, and "freeing" the princess, you have to fight another level 42 elite giant. I don't know what the reward is... i only know what happens after watching someone else do this quest when i was unlocking the stone with the 3 keys.

You get this quest from a necklace thats a world drop.
