The letter you get is really quite beautiful and touching.&nbsp Especially for being in a video game.&nbsp Someone at Blizzard really outdid themselves, I'd recommend you read it.

isn't really a very easily found NPC..

... first, he's dead. And you see only half of him.

... secondly, he's in the water, buried underneath a piece of rock. He's under the bridge (north end) leading to Arathi Highlands from the Wetlands. The crumbling one, not the one you walk over.

... thirdly, you have to mouse over the VERY tiny letter in his hand. Two of us passed over it numerous times before we actually found it. Must get very close to it.

From there, go to Iron Forge, pass the letter to Sara Balloo. She will then give you the next quest in this chain, A King's Tribute

At 44,93 there is a dead body under a rock. Just near his hand is a small white parchment. It took me ages to find, was about to give up when I accidentally found it. :P

The coords actually is 44,93.

If you swim down to the ruins, there is part of a busted catapult. The arm of the catapult (the part with the basket) is leaning against a piece of wreckage. He is on the east (right) side of that.

44,93 Arathi Highlands map . Jump from the bridge into the water, and find the letter in the sand, near a dead body. Right click on the letter, accept the quest, and take it to the Military Ward in Ironforge. Requires level 25 to start the quest. The quest is located under Ironforge in your quest log.

its under water about middle of expanse under water on west side of bride look for corpse under a rock (can only see half the corpse). the letter is a little above him like in his hand. can not get letter unless your lvl 25+ i think.

If u still can't find it, the letter is right on the border between Arathi and Wetlands.&nbsp The guy's hidden under the rock north of a broken catapult.&nbsp Stick to the bottom and u should see a dead body.

And the coordinates are correct only if u are in Arathi.&nbsp If ur in Wetlands, it's different.

Okay... there's a better way of getting down to the water than jumping off the bridge.

Pass over the bridge into Arathi and walk across the rope bridge. Be careful, 'cause there's Dark Dwarves on the other side (lvl 31-32)... beyond them is a natural "ramp" going down to the water... swim back to the bridge and then look around. It's near the north end of the bridge, between the two bridges... a non-skeletal dwarf body facing upwards with a white envelope in his hand.

I'm a 29 Paladin and I made it past the dwarves with little difficulty. I only needed to kill two to go past... the others were far enough away from the path to the bridge that I could avoid them.

I found the dwarf under a rock like others said at 44,92. Only took a second.

The dead dwarf in the water below Thandol Span has the letter. It is right next to his hand, hard to see and click but it is on the bottom of the river.

dive off bridge leading to arathi highlands...go straight down...there is a dwarf crushed under some equipment. Look to his immediate right and clicked...then you will get the letter

its under the bridge "Thandol Span" between the 2 sides next to a skeleton crushed by a falling bridge piece, i saw the quest from the collectors dvd ^_^

You have to mouse exactly over the letter for you to be able to interact with it so maybe you should try again but be more careful.

If you are looking around the skeleton you are at the wrong place. The guy with the letter is actually a non-skeleton dwarf.

The letter is right by the middle pillar just where thottbot says it is if you do an item search on the map.&nbsp There is a big peice of stone and a dwarf underneath.&nbsp A peice of a broken catapult is resting up against it.&nbsp The letter is a little shred of paper just by his right hand.

Jumping off the bridge was SWEET!
