Farmer Furlbrow wants you to retrieve his pocket watch from the wardrobe in his farmhouse at the pumpkin farm to the West.

Description

It was horrible! Verna woke me when she heard a ruckus in the fields. The fields were full of hooligans. We left in a rush and I forgot to pack my pocket watch. Verna's pa gave me that watch on our wedding day and I feel just sick knowing those thieves have it. I left the pocket watch in the wardrobe at the farmhouse. Look for the field of pumpkins to the West -- you can't miss it. If you bring it back to me, I'd sure be grateful!

The pocket watch is inside a cupboard that you can interact with. The cupboard itself is inside a small house that has 2 guards. One is a level 12 and another is a level 15 named. They are connected to each other, meaning that if you pull either of them, you will pull both.

Be extra careful especially if you are below level 15. My advice would be to kill the lower level first and then run away and heal up. And then come again to kill the other one.

You can find the watch at:

[If you run on the road south away from the man you took the quest from, keep right.&nbsp It's the first farm to your right named Furlbrow's Pumpkin Patch.&nbsp You'll see a barn to the left and a house on the right, in front of all that is a large field.&nbsp The watch is inside the house, inside a dresser.]

There are two guards inside the building--level 12ish humanoids.

this quest is fairly easy, you can complete it without even killing anything, just go to the outside of the house and find where the pointer turns to gear. you should be able to pick the watch from the outside.(its the right wall as you face the door)

you do not have to get in the house to finish the quest. when you're looking at the front door go to the left side of the building. get very close to the wall and you can open the locker through the wall.

You dont actually have to enter the house, just go to the left side of it (Side closest tot he barn) and approach the window. You can target the wardrobe from outside and get the watch

For anyone not using co-ordinates its the field to the east of Jangolode Mine, in a small hut next a barn (north of the field).

If you're doing it straight from the quest-giver, head due west...it's that field :)

if you dont feel like facing the two lvl 11, and the lvl 15 defias, u can loot the closet from outside the house. just go near the outside wall until the looting "mark" turns yellow :)

as long as you know what wall the wardrobe is on you don't actually need to go inside the house to get item can loot it from outside saves alot of time and unneccessary deaths too easy quest using this method

Well as of Jan 30, 2007 I got his quest on my new Draenei Shaman and go figure Blizz fixed the glich.&nbsp Fix the bad gliches plz, not the good ones!&nbsp lol&nbsp Oh well.&nbsp You'll have to kill the mobs outside of the house and the 2 mobs inside of the house to get the watch now.&nbsp Those mobs can add sometimes.&nbsp The house is North on the pumpkin farm in between the Jangalode Mine and the Jansen Stead.&nbsp Good luck.

If you look at the map it's the house north of the field directly east of the Jangolode mine (or the second one from the right of the map). There's a level 15 mob and another mob in the house which will probably kill you. If you stand outside of the house you can loot the wardrobe without being attacked.

I am a lvl 13 gnome mage, and tried this twice. The enemy is Benny Blaanco a lvl 15 elite Defias. So if you plan on attempting this mission and are below said lvl, get some help.

Remember to go to the farm house to the west, not to be confused with the house closest to the farmer.

A nice quest with 3 or 4 peeps who are 11 or 12ish. We, Pally, Priest, and Warlock, pulled everything from the front and west side of house, and the Golems near the house, just to avoid adds. I think you get 3 from the house itself. If you can, keep fearing Benny until his buddies are dead, then deal with him. He is not too tough. Once clear, everyone just open the wardrobe and grab the bit.

I soloed at 14. There are two mobs in the house. Pick the one in line of sight and fear. While he is running send your minion after mob #2. Since the mobs are now occupied go to the wardrobe and get the watch - then run :)

Positioned myself so i could see the wardrobe through the front door and clicked through the wall.
