Description

Within the beginning tunnels of Blackfathom Deeps, large sapphire clusters can be found along the cave walls. Recently it was noted that the naga were harvesting the crystals. Until it can be discerned why, I sense we should stop the naga from succeeding. The crystals have great elemental power and if used inappropriately, could make for a powerful arcane component.

Will you help me, <name>? Blackfathom Deeps can be found along Zoram Strand to the north of our outpost.

These are pulled from the blue crystals that appear in the tunnels leading up to the instance, not inside the instance itself. They respawn quicker than the monsters do, so if you (or a group headed for the instance) can clear a small area, you can harvest multiple crystals.

The are located at ruins at 13,14 in Ashenvale (Zoram Strand)&nbsp You have to go into the ruins and then down a bunch of stairs, swim under water to get to the other side of a wall. THere are lvl 21 Elites. I was able to solo it with my lvl 27&nbsp Gained 1750 exp and 17 Silver.&nbsp Check on the wals for the essence.

I soloed the begining with my level 24 hunter without to many troubles. However I did the mistake of going deeper: don't do that. Sooner or later 3 mobs simultanuously attack you, and then the only solution is resurecting at the cemetery.

If you're a stealther, you can sneak past the first elites, then go to the pool of water to the left. At 43.8, 34.8, there's an unguarded crystal node.

There's no Elites anymore so pretty easy to solo at level 20 I should think.

You dont need to go inside that far .. the sapps respawn so fast you can probably just run back and forth to the same 3 or 4 spots and farm them. Thats what I did atleast

Is it the Blue chrystals that are flying arround the roots? if so. how do u collect them? need herb gather?

I am a Mage lvl 24, dont got Herb gather as a profession!

just go in in BFD not in instance...then u kill some mobs then u see a blue crystal on the wall then u just take it u migth get 7 a time if ur lucky
