Empty Stables

Locate a Frostwolf in Alterac Valley. Use the Frostwolf Muzzle when you are near the Frostwolf to 'tame' the beast. Once tamed, the Frostwolf will follow you back to the Frostwolf Stable Master. Speak with the Frostwolf Stable Master to earn credit for the capture.

Frostwolf Muzzled and Returned
Provided Item:
Frostwolf Muzzle

Description

The war in the valley has taken its toll on our soldiers. We must revitalize our forces!

If we can fill up the stables, the Wolf Riders will once more be able to ride out into the field of battle.

Take this muzzle and track down the frostwolves that inhabit the nearby forest. Once you find a wolf, use the muzzle to tame the beast. Bring the tamed beast back to me so that I may place it in the stable.

When we have enough wolves stabled, the Wolf Riders will rejoin their patrol on our front lines.

The Frostwolf Stable Master is located along the east wall south of the Horde starting cave.

You must accept the quest given, use the Frostwolf muzzle on any wolf and tame it. You then take the wolf back to the stable master to turn in and then get another quest. It takes 25 wolves to complete this portion of summoning the wolf riders.

If you don't have it turned on it helps a lot to have quick quest text or whatever it's called turned on in the interface. You don't really want to watch the quest text roll by slowly 25 times in a game.

1 rep with AV + 10 rep with Org per each wolf returned. i'm guessing 25 wolves needed, hence 25 harnesses needed :)

Well if you do gain the resources to summon the riders just so you know:They are almost impossible to stop.Once they reached Vanndar Stormpike himself.Didn't last long with him but noone stopped them and they just went there. If you have a good group supporting them it's GG.

FOR the 25 turn ins... you get 2 frost wolf rep per turn in... so thats 50rep, and 10 rep with your races faction.... mine was orc so it was with ogrimir. that was some easy and nice rep.. when the battle ground raid was not going along very fast for each side.. so it was nice to get that rep to keep mkaing reputation progress.
