Description

My scepter was once a source of hope for me. Its power allowed me the freedom to travel quickly through these caverns. I had hoped to bring peace to the spirit of my uncle... It is a task that I now pass to you.

For the two parts to once again become one, I will need your assistance in performing the ritual. Please follow me, and listen to my instructions while I channel the energy required to reunite the rod with the diamond.

Together, we shall create the Scepter of Celebras once again!

The scepter will make you able to open portals to inner so you don't have to go through the orange or purple part of Maraudon to get there.

You get this quest from same guy you turn in this quest: https://classicdb.ch/quest=4408 Celebras is just before falls, next boss after Vyletongue (or something like that).

You can kill celebras again and talk to him afterward to get the scepter again.&nbsp Just choose the option called "I lost my scepter" or something like that

I don't know were to get the 2 required pieces but around the waterfall and the hill form the orange area there is a boss who you need to kill his spirit will be summoned. you talk to him and he tells you to follow him to the rock over near the edge. he will give you the quest then to get the two stuff.

:) I'm about to go to Mara the first time but I'd like to have the scepter :P Where do I get the quest ? I have to complete it by speaking with the ghost of Celebras ?

The quest is currently (v1.24) broken. Celebras the Redeemed will be stuck in an eternal loop, creating his staff over and over again.

The loop can be broken, by not reading the book. Eventually (~5 min.) he'll time out and return to his orignal position where you then can complete the quest.

Where do u use this? i had a group with a 60 and i wuz gunna hopefully use this when i got to mara and teleport and hurry to princess to get thrash blade...but my stupid parental controls stopped me short of finding the place to teleport...can sumone help me out?

To turn in the quest Celebran is at the End of the Orange instance, yes some people share quests so they don't know this. lol. You must kill him first then if u have both the rod and diamond he will put it back for you.

Just talk to celebras, he gives u the quest, do what he says and u get ur staff. And is no longer bugged.

There are essentially three parts to Maraudon Orange, Purple and Inner. The scepter allows you to skip to the inner part. You get the sceptar after getting the parts from orange and purple, though atm I don't remember which part you do first, which ever Celebras is in you do last since thats where you'd be turning it in. Got the scepter on my main months ago, but had already out leveled Mara =/ sorry for further lack of info.
