In order to be offered this quest, I believe you need to have your rep with Frostwolf maxed at the Exalted level (999/1000).

You don't need to max out Exalted to get this quest, on two of my characters I was awarded something like 200 reputation after completing this quest.

It's true that you can't get it at 1/999, but you can definitely get it before maxing out.

I can confirm you dont need exalted maxed out. I couldn't accept the quest once i was around 200 rep into exalted, but when I had 980 reputation I could pick it up. Turning it in netted me the remaining 19 reputation.

if i had to take a guess, id say you have to be within 500 rep of 999/1000 to get this quest, as completing it gives 500 rep, thus maxing you out if you were at 499/1000.

being a tank i'd love it (very good for alot of other melee classes too) just watch out rogues that use this and fight warriors cos you'll make yourself more vulnerable to overpower hehe

To get this reward you have to max out exalted at 999/1000.

pretty easy, lvl 59... started at lvl 51. And I am half way to exalted.

Although I havent started this quest yet...
