Once upon a time, this item did a fixed amount of damage, instead of a percent-based amount of damage, while still offering a 60% speed increase. At that time, it was considered a "must-have" pvp item, both for the run speed and for the ability to break various forms of CC. Since the change to do a percent-based health and mana reduction, it is less desirable.

Its primary use now is to keep around and use to try and kill yourself to save durability rather than be killed by NPCs in a raid wipe.

It's trash, so it's safe to delete to clear your bag space.

this Deals dmg to you over 10 secondes which makes you break every almost very cc out there.

freezing trap and scatter shot both end with dmg
polymorph end with dmg
guage and blind end with dmg

This item is amazing for my fury warrior

This is a very good item! You can use it in PvP when sheeped/Seduced/Saped, it will remove Sheed/seduce/Sap Becasue its hurts you

This item can be used to break Seduce/sheep and other stuff like that, rogue stuns and the like, its probably most useful for warlocks or warriors since they have the most health.

as with the Crystal of Zin-Malor, this one could be used to suicide without losing durability. Handy in raids when it's an obvious wipe.
And as for the amount of damage /mana drain, its a random amount every time you use it, but during the usage, the damage is consistent.
