Ok. The item obtained from this quest is Royal Seal of Eldre'Thalas A similar item will drop from all other class related quests, they all have +10 fire resistance and a varying class effect.

To complete this quest, you turn it in to one of the shandralar elves in the library at Dire Maul. I turned mine in to the elf near the vendor in the library.
