Rite of Vision

Speak with Zarlman Two-Moons in Bloodhoof Village.

Description

The Rite of Vision, one of the Rites of the Earthmother, will help guide you toward earning the respect of the elders of Thunder Bluff.

Our people have learned that the land is our most holy provider. In order to take part in the ritualistic vision, you must speak with the spiritual leader of the village, Zarlman Two-Moons.

I've tried for 2 days now to find where the vision goes. I never see anything lead me. All I see is a message in the chatbox saying you hear a howling coming from the northwest and to follow it. I never can find it and I've been all the way to the range where the tanners, poachers, skinners, etc are and all the way up to Thunder Bluff. I'm lost here. Two-moons won't talk to you again. Is there a time limit on finding the vision or does it stick around. I need some help.

The cave is apparently due west of the southernmost pillar of thunderbluff. Took me a while of surfing to find it after I lost my vision when I got aggroed as soon as I crossed the bridge.

The quest is actually very simple. After drinking the potion, you will see a wolf who takes the road to Thunder Bluff. Whether you see him or not, just follow the road to Thunder Bluff. As you reach the small bridge look to your left, you are facing the mountain ridge now. You'll also see some gray rocks, that is Seer Wiserunner's cave :)

Go through the motions at the Tribal Fire. Whether you see the vision or not, leave Thunderhoof Village and head toward Thunder Bluff. As you pass the place where the Faire sets up when it is in town, head off to the west. Easiest way is to make a hard left turn at the little bridge on the road just before Thunder Bluff. Entrance to the cave is up on the hillside at 33,36. Seer Wiserunner is inside. Level 7&8 Prairie Stalkers and Flatland Cougars all around here. Make sure you can deal.

*sigh* I have been trying this one - my spirit vision sent me vaguely off to the northwest, where I have died 3 times and have no clue what to look for=\

Anybody have a clue what I need to look for, I just went into the main city on the grounds it was there and I was being chased my some nasty mobs....

also lost the vision after getting aggro. Abandoned the quest :( thinking I would go back and get it again - but no active questgiver.

What now? I fear if I find the cave I will not be able to complete quest (since I abandoned it!)

any hope?

I've tried a couple of times today, but the vision seems to be... erm... invisible or not there or whatever... in other words, I think the quest is broken now. The spirit wolf hasn't spawned, nor did it spawn for other people trying to do the quest.
