KK , 1st u do the tribute run in N DM. Get the quest from the captain when you are king.

Next you do west DM. Clear it out, and kill the prince at the end. There is a chest behind where the prince originally stands when he is dead. The gloves and a couple items are in the chest.

Go back to north DM.. do the tribute run again , when king go to the captain and turn in quest. Gloves are not bad.. would be nice if were made more for hunters and not shamans ( the mail version ).

Overall the quest is not worth it IMO .. much better gauntlets out there easier to get.

As far as I am aware, there is no way to outright kill the prince for this quest. Perhaps it's a bug. Perhaps not. At any rate, pick up the quest in DM West that allows you to kill the Prince, and this one before you go do it. You'll kill two birds with one stone and be able to walk out, do another tribute run, and turn this one in.

Decent gloves for clothies, caster druids, shamen and plate wearers looking to up their crit chance.

Oh, to get this quest you need to do a DM North tribute run and have the "It's Good to be King!" buff. I provide a full walkthrough on how to make a tribute run, step for step, here: https://classicdb.ch/?object=179564#z0z

I just ended the quest.
We killed first the Prince and then did the tribute-run. I got the Quest from the ogre and went back (through the library) to loot the chest.
So it is not necessary that you kill the Prince after you got the quest.

the answer is yes but you need to do it like this:
1. go DM west run without killing prince...
2. go tunnel from west to north and make tribute run...
3. when tribute run done get back to library and kill prince
4. compelte quest

In one of the patch notes (1.5 or 1.6), it said that priests were having a problem getting the quest and that it was fixed.&nbsp
