Time to face it, quests usually never favors everyone.

With the somewhat ease of getting GM weapons now the offhand is really no use to a pally cause we can get the GM offhand that has just as much +intell and more +healing i believe

if you turn in the head of Nefarianl, does it give the city a buff like the head of onyxia?

once u finish the quest every1 in the city gets a buff Rallying Cry of The Dragonslayer

this quest inst repeatable is it?

I got the head on my guilds 3rd nef kill two nights ago and got the ring (im a hunter), but if i were to DKP the head again, could i repeat the quest and get the necklace for pvp?

i totaly aggre with u , i am a warrior and the nck pice aint that gr8 eigther&nbsp combined with full T2 i would rather go for the "Rage of Mugumba" considdering the chance on block/parry

Its like the ony head, you spend DKP on it and only one person gets it

The ring and neckpiece are oviously for Warriors ring would be good for hunter too

BWL is imense. Our guild has started doing it after now being able to farm MC. The first boss managed him down after a week or so. Second 2 and a half weeks. Now were starting 3rd. This place is crazy and iv seen films made on it. When you get to nefarian he turns people in sheeps giraffes , mind controls them, its crazy! if your gonna go there, join the best guild on the server first

What would you want to know?

How to get it? Join free eplux guild and get it since everyone else allready has it / doesnt want it (Healers most of the time). Or work your way wiping in every stage of bwl, earn it via dkp and feel good for item you get, last one worked for me expect Im healer and dont want the head :p

How to turn it in? Just like onyxias head, you get the quest, you go to stormwind keep and talk with bolivar fordragon, who sends you to stormwind gates, valley of heroes to talk with another npc, who then will scream a bit and ZOOM you get the buff.
Alternatively if you're horde, its first thrall and then the npc just outside the bank.

And no, none of the quest rewards contain cheese.

kill nef,get head,go city,give head,get buff,get reward,sleep well,wake up early,go to work,come back,wait 1 week,kill nef,get head...

for leet guilds Nefarian is just a baby, what they do now is AQ40 and Naxxramas

lol this doesn't tell us anything now does it?....where's the l33t guilds that have slain Nef?....
