This is listed for the horde side but it should be for alliance hence it requiring a silverwing talisman and the alliance base is called silverwing outpost

So I've been fighting in warsong quite a bit. Don't understand how you get one of these. All I've ever gotten are the marks of honor. Do you need to save more than 3 up and combine them for one of these? The marks get turned in 3 at a time. You receive one if you lose and 3 if you win. So how do you get a talisman of merit? Any info would be greatly appreciated! =)
