Description

Now that you have gathered all of the Portal cards together into a deck, a ninth card mysteriously appears with the same backing as the first eight. On this card is inscribed, "Return these cards to the Darkmoon Faire and be rewarded." You have heard that this faire alternately stops at Mulgore and Goldshire every few months, so you will have to wait until they are here next.

well, as for the guy who posted above me, the dude you&nbsp turn the deck into is at the Darkmoon Fair, which is in Goldshire 1 week a month and is in Mulgore the for 1 week in the other month
(if the fair was in Goldshire for one week in September then it would be in Mulgore in October.)

as for the others who made a big deal over some guys spelling of the word english (or English if you want it typed that way) is one of two things.
1. a declaration of the fact you have too much time on your hands
2. that you are a dedicated language professor with a burning passion for the correct spelling of language names.

well, thats my two copper on the matter. and next time please remember that your post is most likly being read by the World of Warcraft community and it is better to be thought a fool than to open your mouth and remove all doubt.

This is a superb PVP-healer trinket. Especially so in the arena. A second chance to res and heal (even if you only have 20% mana) can make all the change.

Better yet, it will "scale" with gear, so it'll even be useful at lvl 70.

This item is quite handy for healers. I wouldn't recommend anyone who doesnt have a ressurect spell (of someone else) go for it. 10% at a free ressurection may make the difference in a raid or even a five man. The problem is whether you want to equip this with so many other handy trinkets available.

There are 4 decks of Darkmoon cards: Elements, Warlords, Portals, and Beasts. Collect Ace to 8 (8 cards) in one deck and combine them will yield a trinket. This one came from the Portals deck.

The cards' names are "Ace of [deck]", "Two of [deck]", etc. All are blue, rare drops.

Umm, FYI it's does not mean that it will only work once every 10 times.

Every time you use it you have a 10% chance of getting a rez.

So that would be like rolling a 10 sided dice every time you use it. If it rolls a 10 you rez.

Does anybody know if you stay out of combat when the card procs? (Provided you die away from others who may be fighting, or recieve a buff etc).

Also, in instances where everybody is forced into combat when they attack the bosses, what about then? Do you rez, then wait a couple of ticks then put back in combat?

Little math lesson for ya.&nbsp 10% means 10 times out of 100 you'll get a rez.&nbsp That means 1 time out of 10.

Darkmoon Card: Twisting Nether

This card is the best card out of all of them.More so if you are in a guild that is doing MC and BWL.As a mage,lock,priest or druid in BWL you have a high percentage to be "One-Shotted" meaning being hit once and then dieing without a chance to even think about ice-blocking(Mage ofc)

Reason for this is BWL trash mobs are a pain,a nightmare for clothies,as the tank(s) can't keep aggro on some of the trash mobs.

This trinket is worth getting for any class,and in my opinion is a must for Mages,Locks,Priests and druids.

Works like reincarnate you get a choice between "release" and "twisted nether".. Twisted nether will ressurect you with - no not 20 hp and mana - more like 500-600.. enough for me to cast healing touch on myself :)

Ok for all of you that think this is a waste of time. This deck could be the begin all end all of any raid. Sure you could get soul stoned, about how many ppl use the soul stone during a fight, Not many. But like all mid battle rez's this trinket would put you out of battle and if on a pally they could start to rez the dead to fight again. Now i am not saying this would be usefull for every fight but alot of fights it would help out heaps to have your raid live again.

To my way of thinking , this is the Arcanite Key of epic items. Yeah - you could make it........but why? Like an arcanite key, it is obselete if you have a rogue with 300 lockpicking in the raid.

Only this becomes useless if you have a warlock in the raid - I cant remember doing a top end raid ever where a rezzer wasnt soulstoned o.0

Hey, just wondering if by Unique, it means only 1 twisting nether card or one darkmoon card. as in, can i have maelstrom and twisting nether equipped at once? any1 know?

So, if your a priest, and have this trinket, and a warlock puts a soulstone on you, what happens when the trinket procs? I know it rez's you, but when you die again, can you then use the ss too? or does it cancel out the soulstone?

i have the trinket froe about 4 days i diied arout the first 2 days 30 times now last night i went in shadow labyrint instance very hard there at second wipe i got the res now i died one more time in the middle of battle at the second boss he is triky evert min he mind controls all party members and puts us to fight eachother i died cuz the war killed me and it gave me another res from the tinket so to res in 20 min so its still posibile maybe not one after another but 2 from 3 times is sweet and ps if u fight a booss it give u in combat cuz the boss normaly give aoe so is vrey unlikely to be out of combat but the triken is nice specilay in those dire need to be alive :))

up top some fools said the chance of rez ten times in a row is 10 billion or soetihng. mathmaticly thats incorrect. its 1/10 not 1/10,000,000,00.

Ask a mathmatician :) its a crazy rule of high level maths but since each rez event doesnt affect the next one its a 1/10 constant. confusing, before you all jump on me like the little #$%^&es you are actually think about it in physical terms instead of pure numbers.

It's stated in the notes, and on the Blizz site that the faire comes around the 1st of the month...seeing as it's only July 20th today, the faire is not setup right now, in either Mulgore or Elwynn. Quit jumping to conclusions before you state that the fair is in Mulgore just because it's not in Elwynn, when it's not even the correct time of the month for the faire to be present.

the only thing i find useful in this is if u are a Tank or Priest in MC/ZG when a druid rezzes u, so u can start attackin before being healed first....no other use for it lol
