Feathers for Grazle

Some of the Deadwood furbolgs wear a distinctive headdress that may be used as a means of proof in thinning their numbers. Bring me a feather from any headdresses you acquire; for every set of five you bring me, you will earn recognition amongst the Timbermaw.

This quest is only obtainable once you've done the quest "Timbermaw Ally", also given by Grazle. Along with this quest upon completion of "Timbermaw Ally", he also gives you a quest called "Speak to Nafien".

"Feathers for Grazle" is a repeatable quest, although Grazle does not appear to have the blue Question Mark above his head.

These mobs are heavily farmed, I suggest finding off peak times to grind them. Also just killing the mobs gives you rep, so like all turn in quests for rep, hold on to the turn ins until kills don't give rep anymore.

This way you minimize the amount of time spent grinding rep overall.

To state it clearly, hold onto these feathers and also the beads until you hit revered. At revered you no longer get rep from just killing and feathers and beads are the only way to increase rep. They stack in lots of 250 (actually I'm sure the beads do but feathers may be 200, can't log in to check right now) so it doesn't take up much inventory.

The npc to turn in these feathers is outside the cave entrance in felwood that leads to Winterspring

Do you still recieve the 550xp for 1 turn in at lvl 59? If so, I can go from 59 to 60 without killing a single mob... I've been farming these guys since lvl 47 and saving the feathers for turn ins passed revered. Someone please tell me this is possible?

Repeatable quest to help increase faction with the Timbermaw. The Felwood Timbermaw drop these feathers, the Winterfell Timbermaw drop the Beads.

In my opinion,on average, even with some other alliance and horde players nearby, the spawn rate of the Overlord Ror,at the camp near grazle is between 5-10 minutes, this allows for you to attempt to kill him, then, while waiting on his spawn, grind the nearby DeadWood Furbolgs for the feathers. When it has been about 4-6 minutes, head back over to where he spawns, and kill off any spawns around there that have appeared already.Once they are gone,(for melee users) stand right between the two buildings(where they get close) and there should be a patch of flowers or mushrooms about a few inches tall, that is about a foot behind his spawn point,if you're a rogue, this is where you should stealth. And for ranged users and spellcasters, the best place to stand and wait for him is on the cliffside directly behind that patch of flowers/mushrooms.

Once he spawns,be ready to fight get a start off ability of some sort that is quick, incase other players are waiting for him to,and for those of you that will have a tough time with him(as in you are near his level) be prepared for him to fear you when his Health gets down to about half.If any other Furbolgs spawn while he is there, just try and pull him back and away,it takes them a little while to truly activate, and since he is a melee mob,it is easy to draw him. Also,he uses a mace, that can be disarmed to make the battle even easier.

Once he is killed, return to grinding the nearby mobs and repeat the process.

P.S.,the nearby mobs function like player classes, with the DeadWood Warriors=Druid Bear Form or Warrior,Deadwood Gardener=Shaman/Druid style healer, and the Pathfinder=Hunter, both the Pathfinders and Gardeners will try and cast a shadow type spell callled "Curse of the DeadWood" which all healing effects upon the victim by 50%,this includes the undead Cannabalize,so be prepared to silence or stop the casting with a class move(like rogues' Kick) if you have one.

i'm having trouble with this one, i'm a level 54 Druid, patch 1.12.1 and Grazle is situated right outside the northern cave in Felwood, next to Nafien, who keeps attacking me. Although Nafien is attacking i managed to do the timbermaw ally quests, i've collected many feathers but i can't give them to grazle, i keep on clicking continue but nothing happens. is this a bug or something?
