easy quest to do at lvl 7, just talk to auntie, then take 4 chunks of boar meat to billy at the farm to the east. he will tell you that goldtooth has the necklace. He is in the mine between the 2 farms. just head in and keep heading left and you can't miss him.

Billy is near 43,86. The boars that drop the meat are in the field directly next to Billy. They are yellow and level 5-6.
