The Horde, they askin' me to be in charge of collectin' a ton of the spotted yellowtail for them. They say they needin' it for the war they getting' ready for at Ahn'Qiraj. I think this quest was removed or the guy was relocated outside of Orgrimmar. I used tracking and did a complete sweep of the city and could not find him.

Unfortunately, a high fishing skill isn't the only thing you need, you have to cook the fish b4 turning them in.
