Walk into the north entrance of the undercity.
It has no guards there which is handy but u will become pvp so watch out for other players... just go directly south and enter the undercity (still unguarded) you should find the ancester surrounded by luna festival tauren. :)

Undercity, don't know exact location, since I'm Alliance, and UC is kinda hard to invade on your own..

walk in the main gate and you'll get to him, no guards in the way.

This NPC is freidnly to alliance as well and completely possible to speak to as alliance and get your coin. the area hes in is unguarded and i was lucky no horde attacked i was able to stealth to him and get my quest.
