Go in Dire Maul, Go north (left turn right turn left turn) then on the left is a narrow tunnel. Go through it. You will find the elder at "the Razza" a lvl 60 elite.

found him in the broken commons. come in front door....follow it all way in to split doors(tunnel doors on left and right) pick either one still going north.&nbsp go straight in to arena and hope in. get toeken, book it out to left. dogs asleep(lvl48) back into broken commons and out

For those of you with Alphamap he is at 61,40 inside the arena near to the 58 rare "Skan The Unbreakable".
Note: You don't need to enter an instance to reach this npc.
