Enter Stratholme - scarlet side and go right after the room with the plague rats. Very hard to solo even at lvl 70, but I made it as a fire mage.

Go through service entrance. Once you get inside (and past the gate) go through the left gate. Hug wall, go right and you can see the light on the left side.
