I think there's some confusion here.&nbsp The blue kodo is Owatanka on the east side of the road who gives a tail spike.&nbsp Lakota'mani is a large grey and pink kodo on the west side of the road (facing north) just north of CT.

Found this Kodo just north of Camp Taurajo, huge Kodo that really stands out next to the smaller red kodos that are normally there. Soloed this at Lv 26, killed him easily.

Once you kill him, you get the hoof. You don't talk to Jorn Skyseer to get the quest, just kill the mob and turn in the hoof to Skyseer.

Confirmed, increases spirit by 2 although the bonus spirit is removed when you die (just tested).
There are two other similar quests, starting from named mobs in the barrens, both of which grant 2 spirit:

Just did it yesterday, no bonus stats were awarded for this quest or the other similar quests in the area that are started with an item and returned to the Skyseer guy. I check before and after doing each one. These quests are probably the easiest XP bonus you will find though. Just kill the right beast, right click the fancy item and return to Skyseer in Tauraju.

I at the moment have a +2 bonus to Spirit that cannot be accounted for by any items or spells. It appeared after completing the quest.

+2 spirit permanently. After the sparkly effect hit me after killing the previous two named kills, I paid more attention on this one. Judging from the flavor text I remember, the Thunder Lizard was probably +2 Agility, and the Thunderhawk +2 Stamina. If someone could test that who hasn't done these quests and add the right answer to those two quests, The Horde would appreciate it. Don't tell the elves though.

It wore off. There is no effect timer or anything, just noticed a few hours later that I lost it.

Killed this Kodo as I was passing through. Impressive size and looks neat. Anyhow, easy for my and my pet.
