dang... i went the extra mile to get the other schematic (Big Fireworks Launcher ? (forget name)) but that one *IS* BoP... wonder why some are and some aren/t... =(

The recipe isn't BoP so get one of your alts, collect the coins and send to desired engineer (or sell of course)
