The recipe isn't BoP so get one of your alts, collect the coins and send to desired engineer (or sell of course)

Can't get this "quest" as a 49 priest w/ 276 engineering. Got all the others, but not this one. Going to speed level to 50 and try again.

Edit: Nope! At 50 you can get the stupid tailor recipes, but still not this one! It's either 55 or 60, so I will just pester a guildie into getting it for me :(.
