if i'm looking at this correctly, you can get 64 of the writ as a reward for turning in the writ and 40 stonescale eels? where do you get your first writ?

would be crazy to turn the eels in for the insignias. You can sell the eel and buy the other items out of ah for turning in for insignias. such as the savage fronds and cores of elements. At least on my server. way things are prices.

This is one of the random quests given by Dispatch Commander Metz in exchange for a Argent Dawn Valor Token. The awards are used to buy items from the Argent Dawn; but they require a high number of the insignias.
