Where do I find the keeper of the rolls?

It only sais, at the Chapel in EP, but there is no NPC with a question Mark for me.

Wher to deliver the roll?

he was there during the invasion (since I have some of those nice quest reward undead killage pots in my inventory).

I suppose he will be back during the next invasion. which will come.

I've been in, out and all around Light Hope's Chapel, but I still can't find this guy! Does anybody know where he is?

No one I know who has this quest "completed" can find the Keeper to turn it in at Light's Hope.&nbsp Has anyone figured this out?

My priest received this in the mail on patch day. However, my rogue was left out. Only difference I can see is that my priest is revered with Argent Dawn, while my rogue's still at honored.

It's possible that you get the letter once you "ding" revered with AD.&nbsp Blizzard might have made it retroactive for us already there.

I have the letter and I go to Light Hope Chapel and there is no one to give it to. Anyone have any idea's.
